Southern Illinois Extension Retiree Fish Fry

It was a chilly day, but southern Illinois Extension Retirees who gathered at Rend Lake recently enjoyed plenty of good food and fellowship.

Those who attended were Wilbon Anthony, Dave Fischer, Melinda States, Bob Walker, Harold Hunzicker, David Gragg, Martha Speir, Dennis Epplin, Carol Schlitt, Martha Winter, Joyce Pyatt, Rusti Grogan, Tom Saxe, Janet Burnett, Ruby Lingle, Mike Plumer, Joy Richey, and Annette Campbell. 

Spouses who were present included Paul Pyatt, Diane Anthony, Susan Saxe, Dorothy Gragg, and Rick Lingle.

Thanks to Mike Plumer for frying the fish and chips, and Martha Winter, Joy Richey, and Annette Campbell for assistance in organizing the event.

Everyone is reminded that the date for the luncheon at Giant City is October 21st. More details will be sent later.
