I have done a little research concerning the proposal for state retirees to pay part of their health insurance premium. Other than the initial news releases concerning this, I have not been able to find any figures on how things may be calculated. I guess--stay tuned. It may not even happen.

1). Without anyone watching you (they will think you are GOOFY....) and while sitting at your desk in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with your foot.
2). Now, while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air with your right hand.
Your foot will change direction.
